The Sites

All the main Sparrowfeld sites are listed below. Those areas to the west are not strictly part of the patch, as they are cut-off by the railway line and visited less often. Of these, only Manor Park has public access. They are, however, important for the biodiversity of the wider area and form part of the Metropolitan Green Chain.

Closed to the public (but visible from boundary):

Kingshill Nature Conservation Area (officially Kingshill Allotments)

The Paddock (officially Lower Morden Equestrian Centre)

Arthur Road Plant Nursery (officially Thompson’s Nursery)

Arthur Road Allotments (officially Morden Lane Allotments)

Old Blues Rugby Club (officially Doornan Fields, home of Old Blues and King’s College Old Boys)
